Deneka Desroches is a first generation Haitian American native of New Orleans, LA. She is a graduate of Tulane University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations. Deneka began her career in real estate and soon decided to dedicate her career to inclusive community development and connecting New Orleanians with affordable housing. In August 2019, she joined Tulane Canal Neighborhood Development Corporation (TCNDC), one of the organizations that merged to create PH+, as the Director of Client Services and Communications. While at TCNDC, Deneka created the Financial Fitness program, partnering with local financial institutions to host workshops that prepare clients for homeownership. Deneka is passionate about ensuring that PH+ clients achieve their goals of homeownership, financial stability, and housing security. She holds a certification as a Financial Educator with the National Financial Educator Council.

Deneka is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and is the local 2024 President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. She holds the NAR ABR®, CRB, PMN and SRS designations and the At Home With Diversity and Historic Property Specialist certification from the Preservation Resource Center of New Orleans.
