COLIN FELSMAN
Director of Housing Development

Colin Felsman’s professional experience spans four continents and includes roles in international development, social entrepreneurship, impact investing and urban policy. Colin first joined Home by Hand in April 2021 as the Housing Finance Manager. He leads PH+’s work to identify and assess new opportunities in multi-family, mixed-use, shared equity and homeownership. He manages the entire development process including feasibility analysis, acquisition, deal structuring, design development, financing, public approvals, construction and the execution of ongoing projects. Colin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Anthropology from Columbia University and a Master in Public Affairs from Princeton’s School of Public and International Affairs with a Certificate in Urban Policy. He is a Henry Luce Scholar and an Acumen Global Fellow. Colin serves on the Greater New Orleans Housing Alliance (GNOHA) Community Development Finance and Data Committees, the Advisory Board of Glass Half Full and as board chair for Glassroots. Colin also sits on the Faubourg St. John Neighborhood Association Executive Board where he serves as Zoning Committee Chair.
